Sergio Maldonado
Sergio Maldonado holds a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science with 6 years of personal and group training experience.
During his time in the U.S. Navy he was taught how to become mentally stronger, along came the guidance to be healthy and to exercise. Personal health became his goal and now his mission is to show others how beneficial exercising is!

Giovanni Amatore
Giovanni Amatore is a CrossFit Level 2 Certified Trainer/Coach and Level 1 USAW Weightlifting Coach. Gio specializes in rehabilitation work through strength training, interval training & emphasizes on the importance of mobility with technique. Always full of energy, setting realistic goals & reminding each client the importance on each step of the journey instead of only the end result. Gio’s background comes from a bodybuilding approach to fitness that evolved with CrossFit and Olympic Lifting.

Certified Personal Trainer, Eric Buratty, specializes in rhythmic exercise and regenerative health, to optimize the efforts between us and your healthcare providers.
He has authored two books and written for online fitness publications. With over 10 years of training experience working with ages 7-80 individuals, he brings to the table a lead-by-example and family-friendly training approach that places a ton of value on what health & fitness means to YOU.
