Priscilla Johnson

Certified personal trainer with over 13 years of experience, Priscilla works with individuals of all ages and fitness levels, with extensive experience supporting women between the ages of 30 and 60, as well as older adults 65 and beyond. She is especially skilled in helping prenatal and postnatal mothers and guiding clients toward proper core engagement, functional movement, and safe, effective exercise. Her training focuses on building strength, improving balance, enhancing mobility, and maintaining proper form to support longevity and confidence in everyday movement. Priscilla meets clients exactly where they are in their fitness journey, offering an encouraging yet thoughtfully challenging approach. Her positive attitude and compassionate coaching style empower clients to feel stronger, move better, and achieve sustainable, long-term health. Her additional certifications include prenatal and postnatal training, Nutrition Coach – Pn1, CrossFit Level 1, and Functional Kettlebell Certification.

Katie Seager

Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Coach specializing in athletic performance, functional movement, and strength and endurance training. During her time training in the police academy, a shift occurred where she saw fitness serving as a foundation for a stronger, healthier, and more capable life. Seeing how transformative fitness can be in her own life, it is her mission to help others experience that same transformation—building confidence, resilience, and strength both inside and outside the gym.

Certified Personal Trainer Eric Buratty specializes in rhythmic exercise and regenerative health to optimize the efforts between clients and their healthcare providers. He has authored two books and written for online fitness publications. With over 10 years of training experience working with individuals ages 7 to 80, he brings a lead-by-example and family-friendly training approach that places value on what health and fitness mean to each person.

Claudia is a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach passionate about helping people feel stronger, more confident, and in control of their health. She brings energy and intention to every session—whether she is designing personalized programs or leading dynamic group classes. Her coaching style is rooted in connection, accountability, and sustainable habit-building. Claudia meets clients at any starting point and guides them forward with motivation, education, and a whole-person approach to wellness.

Sergio Maldonado

Sergio Maldonado holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and has over six years of experience in both personal and group training, including working with young adults who are in sports. During his time in the U.S. Navy, he developed mental resilience alongside a strong foundation in health and fitness. This experience sparked a passion for personal wellness, which has grown into his mission to help individuals of all ages understand the physical and mental benefits of exercise. Sergio’s coaching style is disciplined yet encouraging, helping young athletes and adults alike build strength, confidence, and lifelong healthy habits. Specialties include bootcamp, HIIT training, barbell, weightlifting, and functional fitness.

Kelly Barron

Kelly is a personal trainer who is passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident both physically and mentally. She takes a supportive, realistic approach to fitness, focusing on sustainable habits and creating a positive relationship with exercise. Specializing in strength and conditioning, nutrition, and corrective exercise, Kelly works with clients to build strength, improve movement, and feel their best inside and outside the gym.
